Oil Contamination Management Services

Oil is the lifeblood of any hydraulic system and it is absolutely essential that oil remains pure and free from contamination for the optimum performance of the systems. Contamination, however, is unstoppable, and as a result, most users of hydraulic or gear oils generally have measures in place to remove contamination or negate its effects.

However, unforeseen circumstances or improper practices could lead to these measures being made ineffective. In an effort to provide a solution to our customers who find themselves in such a situation, we have now begun renting out ELC (Electrostatic Liquid Cleaner) and LVDH (Low Vacuum Dehydrator and De- gassifier) machines that effectively remove contamination from oil. The ELC works better than mechanical filters and is able to remove solid contamination as minute as 0.1 microns while the LVDH is able to separate and remove moisture and emulsified oil from clean oil.

In order to cater to the varying needs of our customers, we are able to offer different variants of the aforementioned machines for varying rental periods based on the customer’s requirements. Our service team would commission and operate the machines and would be at hand if any assistance is required.
